Game deleted my preorder bonuses -PS5

I got the digital deluxe version of the game for the PS5. When I first finished the tutorial I had all my packs and stubs. As I was mid opening them I got “an unhandled exception occurred”.
The game then made me create my diamond dynasty team again and deleted my entire collection, my packs, and my stubs. I’ve tried relogging and turning my console off and on.
I put a ticket in but wondering if this happened to anyone else?
