When I downloaded the player list API this morning, all of the names with special characters (Hispanic names so far) have ?? instead of their proper characters. Is there a way to repair this (besides going through each name and replacing the ?? with the proper characters or English language characters?

I have found the problem and it isn't with the SDS API. The character conversion occurs when my script converts the JSON files into a single .csv file. Sigh. I hope I can figure this out.
