Didn’t receive packs or stubs

I bought both the mvp and digital deluxe editions, and I only received the packs and stubs from the digital deluxe edition. Can someone from SDS tell me if I will receive those?

I don't think you can get double rewards; because, technically, you only download one version.

Even if you buy the game on two different consoles, you can't double them up. They will stay with each console. If the accounts are linked, then the primary console will have the extras and you won't see any extras from the other console until the accounts are unlinked.
