Twitch Drops Issues - The Thread

As launch is right around the corner, if you are having issues with Twitch Drops please post here to allow us to investigate.

Make sure you have an MLB The Show Account
Make sure your PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo Switch account is linked to your MLB The Show Account.
Make sure you link your Twitch Account.

I've posted multiple tickets. I can log into my Show Account but get an error when trying to link my PSN account and also can't access the forums under that The Show Account.

I am having trouble linking my twitch account to my show account. My psn account is linked just can’t get find a way to link my twitch account.

I'm gonna get a jump start on this but after the current stream, i'll have 24 Twitch packs. Whether or not those are in my inventory at launch remains to be seen.

PSA you must sign in with your THESHOW account not console account then you can link twitch

Thanks for reaching out, I'd be happy to help. Unfortunately, the console exclusivity error is a PlayStation-specific issue found while attempting to link your accounts. This error means that once you've linked an MLB The Show account to a PlayStation profile, you will be unable to link it to a different console account later on.

I’m linked everywhere and I even unlinked to link again but my Twitch Drops aren’t in my inventory

I have watched some of the Twitch live streams and haven't gotten any of the packs. All my stuff is linked. Can someone look in to this? Thanks.
