Glitching to victory

Every time I play Playstation people and if the game is without a doubt going to be one by me some are around the 7th or 8th inning, while I'm batting and they're pitching the game will freeze because of some sort of glitch that they always do. When a friend of mine and myself are playing Co-op as well we tested that theory with one of us quitting and one of us staying, when we do that the game unfreezes and resumes like as if nothing happened. How do they accomplish this?

Easiest way to not experience this: turn off cross play.

@X-FREEZE-OFF-X I typically do but the wait time can be a bit long and patience seems to be scarce but you are right

@WereWolf420Tx_XBL It’s better to wait longer than waste the time it takes to play 7 or 8 innings and have someone quit on you.

I've been getting a lot of freezes and opponents disconnect lately, I don't think it's my opponents because they been happening when no one is winning or they are winning. Somethings up with the servers.

Sounds as if there’s definitely wrong with the servers lol they’re full of quitters
