Fine, it is reasonable that SDS should care more about the upcoming MLBTS 24, I get it.
Still, 24 haven't been launched yet, and it is sure that 23 is still on track for a bunch of users. It is still the era for the 23, since it is the latest series on the market.
What I want to say is, SOMEONE FROM SDS SHOULD BE RESPONDING TO TICKETS.
I am still with the 23. And the most essential feature is not working(unable to access Manage Squad section - which makes 9 out of 11 DD single&online modes unable). It blocks everything.
About the issue, I posted a thread before at the DD section.Since it is a critical issue, there should be an appopreate respond and fix. However, the truth is, SDS started to ignore the requests from the users suffering from the exact issue, by some means.
Are you guys hiding something behind? Or, are you guys embarrassed by the fact that you don't even have enough ability to find out what's wrong?
If not, what kind of customer service on the planet literally IGNORES the requst from their clients? Never heard or seen one.
As I mentioned above, I get it that you guys already consider the game is dead. But as a customer, I don't have to care. I have the rights to get treated enough. I paid for the game and additional stubs. I invested bunch of time. Can't believe that all I harvest from is this.
ANSWER THE REQUESTS & FIX THE ISSUE!!!

They will never answer you, no one ever does so I would just give up 24 will be out before you know it
