Online bans (again)

Two seasons ago I was asked were dm'd not to play online and said I was banned by another user. Not sure if it was from SDS or just someone making an enforcement online play...
I've noticed a lot of new people are having records of 10 and 5 or very low games. Played like 20 - 5. What not? Obviously you probably only play the same person once. I don't think I've played anyone online ranked dynasty more than once ever in the past three seasons. My question is obviously if you lose a game can people ask you or tell you not to play or can they enforce a ban? My question just is because I might lose one game but people say you suck so bad we don't want you to play. Can that actually be done?

Only SDS can ban you from playing online no one actually playing the game can ban you
