Game seems different

I have a couple questions. I’ve played this game for about 3 years or so and am decent. My base running as of the past week has been atrocious. My inputs are getting extremely delayed to the point I can’t even run the bases. Additionally, I’ll try and move a runner and the game will hold him. It just seems different or is it just me.
Running stupid fast internet. Oled C9 and series x. I’m confused as to what to do.
My pci also isn’t moving smooth like I see the YouTubers. It almost moves in quadrants or with hard breaks. I can’t do a circle Anotherwards I hope that makes sense. Elite controller 2 with reverted firmware.
Does anyone had any idea how the hell to get rid of the slow pitching when pitching or the [censored] lag or hiccups when hitting a foul boil or just at any time of the game. This is the only game that does this.Thanks

On top of that outfielders are missing balls now so easily. I can be just right outside of the circle or in the edges with plenty of time and an animation slows down the catch leading the player to not get to ball. Or I’m lined up and the balls just goes right past the glove. Another problem I never had until a week ago or so
