Rating mods. Again.

Hey all,
Can anyone say definitively if rating Mods are in play in RS these days?

What is a rating mod?

It’s that number by which your current rating is modified in matchmaking online.

You can see it under manage squad at the top where you select your squad.

For example, my “MAIN” team has a +236 rating mod. So if I’m currently ranked at 400, the rating mod makes it 636.

These were disabled in some previous years, but I’m wondering if anyone knows if they are currently active.
