Franchise suggestion!

Hi folks. Not sure if any of you can do anything or if the right people will see this but I was thinking it would be great if in franchise mode you can have a slider for how quickly players progress or regress. Because a baseball season is so long it’s hard to get deep into franchises and so prospects never really get a chance to get to a top level. I know you can adjust ratings yourself but that’s no fun.
Would be great if you could bring a prospect up and if he performs well his ratings can shoot up pretty quick. This does happen in real life. Players can progress quicky.

When you could carry over your franchise before current gen which they blame for removal of the feature I had a closer I drafted end up breaking Mariano Rivera’s career save record. I have that franchise in year 23 on MLB20 which is when they stopped carrying over. I drafted a starting pitcher who almost broke the single season strikeout record.
