Anyone know how long they typically take to respond to a support ticket? I put one in after I accidentally picked a duplicate in TA5 last night. I really want to be able to use that Bellinger card...

I got bad news for you. My friend @BxnnyMxn_ can share his experience with this.
Now now it’s only been six months for me which is only an instant in the life of an Ent so don’t be hasty lol but seriously please don’t let my experience deter your hopes @Jerrybomb5150 there was a fella just earlier that said he’s had a 100% success rate with his two requests with the same issue so best of luck to you.
Who knows maybe Treebeard is working on my case
