I won by "griefing rule" for the 2nd time in 7 ranked games .
Greifing rule is when a player is loosing and resorts to hitting every batter .
I wasn't even rubbing it in , I was going station to station.
When I'm losing and I feel like I got no shot I use my least favorite reliever. I still try to get outs but just leave him in to not use my better ones . Until they mercy me or somehow I finish the game .
I understand getting frustrated but cmon people.
    I'm not even that good.

There is no such thing as a "griefing rule". Nice fiction though.

Don’t know what game y’all are playing. Everyone of my online games has been well contested and ends with a congratulatory GG at the end. This nonsense about intentionally hit batsmen smells fishy and a clear attempt at humble bragging. I won’t hear it.

There uses to be a situation that if you intentionally walked 8 players in a row; the game would end and your opponent would get the win. If I remember correctly; that was titled 'Griefing'.

Also, like the OP stated, if your opponent intentionally hits a certain number of batters in a row; the game will end giving you the loss. It labels it as 'Griefing'.

People used to do this back on 21, I think, because after hitting so many batters, with the ump tossing your pitcher, it would cause a freeze off.

SDS eventually patched it to just ending the game and giving the person, whose players were hit, the win.

You must remember that more times than not your opponents are 12 year olds who would greatly benefit from a trip behind the woodshed which I might add would probably do some good for some game developers. Dont let online play affect you. Its actually pretty petty all the way around. Look at it as one would the Twilight Zone. However with that being said, there are some very good players that you will run into that are great guys God Bless all them.

Rhino must be playing in a classier neighborhood. Mayberry or Hooterville?
