Can’t receive drops from twitch app!! Need help !

Are you talking about the Twitch App, or do you mean redeeming them via the MLB The Show App? They never show up for me in the MLB app unless I log into the game on console first after they were claimed via Twitch.

And sometimes they take a while to show up in the game after claiming them on Twitch. I had a pack show up yesterday from last weekend.
