Sweet Merciful Jesus, those TA 97s are beyond awful.
They couldn't even find a picture of Steve Finley wearing normal clothes? (PS: I have that shirt, BTW).
I could:

TA4 in '21 is maybe the greatest content drop in this game's history. 99s across the board including Mantle, Frank Thomas, Honus, etc. Great cards for most every team.
TA4 in '23 is 97s, half of which already have 99s.
It's almost hard to believe how much this game has regressed in 2 years.

We get one every couple of years. The one I remember most was his next-to-last card in 2018 that you had to pitch 326 innings with as one of the missions to earn his Immortal 99 card.

So where do we find the Ryan 99. Maybe Core collection?
Or are we getting a Snapshot pack and he, Blackman, and Fried are rare round choices ( or they could be TA 4 collections.
Regardless, another swing and a miss by SDS here with Season 4, but given what they have done, not sure how they could salvage it (97 TA rewards is flat out ridiculous/insulting at this stage )
