I would do bad, dirty things for whoever can tell me how to get the website to work

I know there have been several posts on this, but nothing has worked for me. A little info for those that may be able to help: I play on a Nintendo Switch. I have used the website in the past (MLB the Show 22) and it has worked fine.
Theshow.com website says that I am logged in. When I click "Game", I am taken to a screen that says "There was an issue connecting your account to the MLB servers". It says for Nintendo Switch users you need to link an MLB the Show account first before using your Nintendo Switch account here.
Can anyone smarter than me give me a step by step breakdown of what I can do to be able to use the website?

I suggest “TheShow” tech support for such an issue as this. It could one of a hundred different things. Any chance your Switch has parental controls set? That’s my contribution and best of luck getting it resolved.

You need to unlink from your system and relink them both back. Theshow.com and switch etc.
