Is anybody else seeing 1st and 2nd baseman way off the bag online?

Between the ice skating outfielders who get sucked into the catch circle and players standing 5 feet off the bag the online lag or compensation or whatever causes these weird things is getting real old.
Ground ball to short. The throw appears to bring the 1st baseman off the bag into foul territory but when he catches it I'm called out. Dude is just standing way away from 1st.
What is this?

Maybe lag? Encountered my first case of playing on the road + MLB stadium lag today. I was late on everything and almost got caught returning to 1B 3-4 times when the C blocked a ball in the dirt. Even hitting pause took 4-5 tries

I’ve seen it a bunch they are standing feet away from bag on first when they catch it but they still get the out

Yeah I see this at least once a game. At second base too if anyone is sliding in from a steal or trying to stretch on a base hit. Confuses the absolute hell out of you when you think you’re getting in there safe on a bad throw or something haha.

Lol saw it for the first time last night. First baseman teleported 5 ft from the bag and caught it like nothing happened. I was dying lol
