One things for sure we couldn’t use the Bambino’s number for the point total. Although I might have a slightly better chance if it was

While I agree that would make logical sense. How would this card differ from the current Set 3 99 OVR Jackie Robinson Card?

It would be a dodgers card and not a free agent

So you can only complete this either by playing the event to get the first two rewards to exchange, or buy those or the other retirement pack cards to exchange?

I see a total of 90 points without collections or events. You get one choice pack at 85 points. If you don't pull a "rare" round, I'm guessing you either play the event or have to buy a pack(s) somewhere. Is my math right?

Oh yes.... my math includes Showdown...

    Your math is right.

I think requiring card exchanges and/or playing online falls a little outside the lines of "play any way you want".

But it's ok because Madden sucks. Or something.

Your math is correct, this is a fail by SDS in my opinion.

So not only is the 2nd Bellinger in 3 days 400k+ because he's a 12 win event reward now you have to play events, that is going to make events so sweaty. Guess i'm not complaining this program until i get the rare round cards.

Even Extreme was easier to complete than this program.

Are we sure the 'Earn XXXX XP Points' isn't going to be repeatable? Even if it isn't labeled as such now, some of the other similar programs (Father's Day, Kaiju, Incognito) were eventually converted to Repeatable.

Agreed, that Arozarena card may be the only set 1 card i don't get otherwise.

Doesn't say "repeatable" from what I see. Weird. And sad.

Now that I'm at my PS5...

Event Collection isn't time locked like Extreme was.

Just pick Eddie from the Rewind pack in 2 weeks.

Yes, i had a look to when i got home. None of the collection players are locked so i guess it's not as bad as i thought at first. The rare round should fall in price for the choice pack too eventually.

Also, Jackie doesn’t get credit for being a Dodger therefore he never lands on my TA teams so for that reason alone, I like this idea. But it’s a good idea in general.
