Did anyone else get this glitch?

My opponent ran out of their pause time and it gave me the option to forfeit the game. I kept clicking yes but the screen never returned home. It just stayed on the option screen.

No. But I had a glitch when I wanted to pinch hit for a player it froze on the confirmation page . So I had to quit . My opponent probably thought I raged quit . Lol.
