How do I report an issue.

I was in a game , bottom of the ninth , I was down one , when I was going to pinch hit and my screen froze at the screen where it asks you if you want to pinch hit .
It happened to me one other time vs cpu . I had to restart my Xbox and take the L .
Frustrating to lose when I had a chance . I had one runner on no outs .
Maybe because I'm an Angels fan , that which can go wrong will go wrong . Lol.
