I don't think it's as much "living in your head", but sometimes it helps if the community comes together and make a collective statement on stuff that is just flat out unacceptable, which this stamina glitch is. SDS acknowledged the issue, what's taking them so long? I understand some people don't like the constant complaints, but this is a legit issue and there's no need for anyone to come to SDS defense on this specific issue.
Not speaking to @the_canuckler_MLBTS specifically but to anyone in general who tend to defend SDS' conduct and decision making regarding all this. If there's some sort of glitch that allows you to bank hundreds of thousands of stubs, I guarantee you it's fixed in 5 minutes. Let that sink in for a moment.

I’m now starting to improve a bit and am in the low 700s.
It’s sweaty
If I take a 1-0 lead or get two hits in a row. Guess who comes out.
It’s laughable. It’s making it boring. SDS fix it. Or at least give us an update please

It’s simple. No starters out of bullpen until they figure it out. For any that complain, it’s fair for all…..

We are very aware of the impact it is having on the game, but it's a much more complicated issue that is beyond a simple fix. If it was as simple as preventing starters from being brought out of the bullpen, or removing secondary positions from the cards, we would have done that already.

Hey CBrev, first of all thanks for the communication. We know this doesn't land on you and appreciate the work you do, but I do wonder how something like this found its way into the game in the first place? Don't these type of things get tested extensively before release? I mean a small bug here or there I would understand, but this is a pretty significant error in an area that has been marketed pretty heavily (2 way player implementation). Feels like all this lost time could've been avoided if there was proper play testing.

Understand. However, these cards were removed from BR. Can they just be taken out of the game until a fix is done? Events are using LS Ohtani and I think 90/91 (can't remember which) Donaldson.

BR is a different animal because it uses a set pool of players and the teambuilding aspect is separate from the rest of DD.
The short answer is no, we can't just remove them from the game. Not only would it mess with set collection progress, but we're not going to take cards away from player inventories.
Imagine somebody goes to the market, picks up 99 John Donaldson, and then the card is removed from the game and their inventory. They may not even play online games. You can see how this creates more problems than it solves.

Thank you for the update. Overall, I think this year's game has been a huge improvement in gameplay. I assumed whatever the fix was it is pretty complex and that's why it is taking time. It's impossible to make all of the complainers on this forum happy but please know that there are plenty of people who do appreciate the improvements in this year's game over previous versions.

Just write some code that starters if under 50% stamina on game start they are greyed out for the game and can’t be selected and/or just grey out all starters once the starting pitcher is selected (ie. Can’t use any starters from bullpen)
Workaround for the win.

You could just play online rated until they fix but 90% of the time you will get strider and the braves because SDS unlike any sports game I have ever played online going back 20 years doesn't show you who you are playing until the game starts. Brilliant.

Unsure how that wouldn’t fix the problem as that would solve the problem.
