Razer Kishi V2 or Backbone
-
Currently playing on Xbox and thinking of getting one of these. Has anyone used one and is game playable on it or is it a waste of money.

I don't know what those are. But I would Backbone.

I got a backbone recently when Amazon had it on sale for $70. I haven't used it much yet, but I like it so far. I played a bit of TMNT Shredder's Revenge (free via Netflix), and FIE Swordplay (a fencing game). Having physical buttons is definitely much better than playing on a touch screen.
If you're looking to play The Show on it via Xcloud, you will probably be disappointed with the latency. It works (I tested it myself) but this game relies too heavily on timing. That's not a Backbone issue, but just the nature of Game streaming. Other types of games on Xcloud may work better.
I think there was a thread on Reddit talking about playing via Xcloud, and the common thread seemed to be people that were happy with The Show on Xcloud never play via console, and thus didn't have a comparison regarding the timing when hitting.
You can link your Xbox controller to your phone to test out the game on Xcloud before spending money on a Backbone.

I didn't think of that. Although I have read that latency is a problem using the xbox controller with phone. No matter, it's worth a try. Thanks
