Is for every MLB pitcher and hitter to have tendency sliders that will differentiate the elite players from average to below average players

What do you mean? like where in the zone and what they throw, and what pitches and where they swing at,chasing etc.

Let's say you have two dominant pitchers like Cole and Kershaw each of them has different techniques and or tendencies for getting hitters out and I want to see that replicated in-game with a comprehensive slider set
