How did Acuna's speed not increase? Leads the NL, if not the MLB in steals and is still an 80 spd. And Wander Franco is still 68?!

They don't go by steals. He has 99 Steal and 99 BR Aggression attributes for that.

I believe they go by Statcast's Sprint metric which shows Acuna at 174th in the league.
Franco is at 212th
