Please make June POTM set 3

The time frame they normally release the POTM program lines up to approximately when set 3 starts. I’d be much more inclined to grind this program if they just waited a little longer to drop during set 3 instead of right at the end of set 2.

Drops with season 3Normally the seasons drops with a other program so this save them time

I could see it going either way.
They may want to get it out of the way before introducing a new season, new team affinity and launching into what I will assume will be a new program or a fair amount of All-Star related content.

I’m pretty sure it will be set 3. They have given people way more free cards in season 3 than I expected.
So likely will continue with this being a kickoff for set 3

I expect it to be set 3 though I am a bit surprised they did not line up set 3 with the all star game so they didn't have to think on the new TA so all my guesses are out the window

Pretty sure set 3 TA will be ASG cards. Starters are revealed on June 29th and set 3 starts the Friday before the ASG. SDS isn’t going to waste the opportunity to use them to make TA easy for them to create especially with them going in house with card design.

It probably won't be. He was the top vote getter for the AL All Star team so barring him opting out of the game he will most likely get a one of the best All-Star cards (along with Acuna).

Starters being revealed though only covers the "good" teams because somehow someway we need to find all stars on teams like Oakland and their representative may as well be the elephant mascot. Just one of my general gripes of letting every team have an all star though I'd love SDS to decide someone was an all star when they end up not being one.

Esteury Ruiz would work as an Oakland all star. He does lead the league in steals... Not ideal I know but better than some there have been. I personally love that each team gets represented.

If June POTM comes out next Tuesday, which it will likely be, they will be Set 2 since Season 3 doesn't start until Friday. I doubt they will have June POTM come out the same day that TA3 on Friday that week and I don't think they will wait until the following Tuesday.
I wish they would be Set 3 as well since I am done with Set 2 collection, but I doubt they will be.

I still don't think they would give it to Ohtani. The man has had 4 diamond cards already and he will probably get his 5th for the All Star game since he was the AL leading vote getter. He'll most likely be in an all-star choice pack as a rare round so that people will spend stubs to get him.

And I too think there is a good chance they will be Set 2 cards, maybe released on Wednesday the 5th to give folks a few days head start before the Season 3 XP path and Team Affinity 3 start on Friday and then a potential all star program the next week.
