Account Fully Wiped through fatal error

Unfortunately after around 350 hours of grinding this years game (got laid off right when the game got released and grinded until I started a new job last week). My account got wiped through a fatal error last week while re-linking my twitch account.
All of my xbox progress was sent to my playstation account. I thought all of my progress was gone in the game, now I discovered that I still have all of my cards (completed every program but the May Monthly and June Topps now since it just came out), but I cant access them anymore. Anytime I try to link that account with anything, or put in a code to do cross platform-progression I get "please provide real code" or some such error.
I know what everyone is gonna suggest "Contact support," well I have. About 7 or 8 times, and have been fully ignored. At this point I have no clue what to do other than start to make a fuss on the forums in hopes that there is somehow a resolution.
