Dots on players faces

With the most recent game update for MLB The Show 23, it looks like white dots show up on all players faces during certain cut scenes. I think this happened in 22 as well. Just wanted to log this in case anyone else saw this as well

I never saw it when I played on a regular TV, I only started seeing this when I switched to a monitor.

Been having it all year long. PS5 on monitor. Switched to Series S last night and they are gone, but a lot of things almost have a green outline.
