Online RS get notification that my opponents controlled is disconnected, then its prompts that they quit, and i get a loss for a game 0-0 and they quit ??

Reading is fundamental. It's a glitch. It asked if you wanted to quit the game. Meaning YOU quit.
People have been trying this since Day One.
