Is anyone else having a problem that when someone steals and you get a green, the catcher will hold on to the ball?

Haven't seen that, but i would like the game yo give me a warning when my opponents steal (cpu and humans alike). Maybe 1 out of 10 times I will get the audible "Steal!" sound. It's getting infuriating.
