You have to 'know' when to press just as the diamond reward will come up.
When you see 4 or 5 Silvers and Golds flash, a Diamond most likely will be next, so hit the button while that cluster of Golds and Silvers is flashing. Voila

I don’t think I’ve gotten anything more than a 5 pack from spins.

I've had the best luck. Two bosses, two kaiju/incog pack, one incog choice pack...and like 2-3 silver options

I had like 1.8M XP in Season 1 and got 1 Boss Pack so Season 1 spins were terrible. Season 2 I’ve had like 5 Golds and 1 Diamond in like 12 spins. It’s random.

It's predetermined. It doesn't matter when you hit stop.

I did get lucky once on my spin and get a boss pack but I swear I wish I was allowed to sell the diamond duo and 5 packs to SDS and get the 7500 stubs.

I started out with 3 straight golds in my first 3 times around. A little lucky for me.

If you haven’t figured it out, pressing that start button and pressing the stop button won’t change what your reward will be based on when it’s pressed all that button is, is just a cool animation meant to mimic a game show spin. The decision as to which reward you get is predetermined. I just press the start and immediately press the stop every time. I got lucky on my first spin and won the diamond round

I got a boss and a Kauji pack. I also gotten the 7500 a few times which I know in my mind is probably one of the better rewards but my heart wants packs
