missing stubs twice

so i get the onlan ryan card in RS reward quick sell for 100,000 stubs....and nothing.....no stubs but its sold quick sell...

Do you mean quick sell or sell now? Because if you mean quick sell, you lost out on a lot of stubs.
The reward through the problem is a no sell version. Are you sure you actually sold it?

Did you make it to WS or did you get the pack from the Reward Path? If it's the latter; those are non-sellable.

If you made WS, and sold the card from that pack, did you place a Sell Order for 100K? Or did you click the option that had 100K as the price, or did you click Sell Now?
