Season 2 XP Bonus Packs

I know this was a previous topic but did anyone ever hear back on the botched xp bonus and BIAH packs that a lot of us never got at launch of season 2? Last I heard they were looking into it and asked people to submit tickets but since then I haven’t heard anything. At this point I don’t really care but it’s truly bizarre they just went silent on this. At the very least we should have gotten an apology from SDS that an error prevented the bonus from being honored. Did they really think if they just went silent people would completely forget about it? Strange to say the least.
