Team Affinity 2 mini seasons question

Is there a reason why some set 2 cards aren’t working for mini seasons? I have the new Jasen and he doesn’t work in there. Are there other cards in set 2 I can’t use either?

I haven’t read it but I’m sure there are requirements of cards that can be used somewhere on the game.

The requirements for TA1 were what, Core, Charisma, and WBC? Maybe it's Core, Kaiju, and Incognito this time?

Captains future stars incognito and live series are eligible
can't use the new Jansen as he is a milestone.
