    Just called someone out, while playing an Event game, for holding R2 after EVERY pitch when a runner was in base.

    They stated that they did it because it helps the base runner to successfully steal a base.

    I mean if it throws off a pitchers pinpoint it could help stealing I suppose.

    It does.... against the cpu. Not sure about actually online against somebody though lol

    it does only work against the cpu, so your opponent was just wasting his time while being annoying 🙄

    Still works if your baserunner is like 80 spd/80 stl

    It doesn't help the runner, but if you hold R2 during/after the pitcher looks at first when coming set, it is guaranteed no pick off attempt. If he doesn't look towards first, call timeout and do it again.

    After trying endless combinations, I've come to the conclusion that a runner's start is 100% random, no matter what the base stealing attribute says.
