I would jump on it well its still 30k if he gets hot then he may get upgraded again and jump to 60/70 especially with a stub sale.

On a unrelated note i've now pulled Arenado 4 times this year lol

They must have also called Gorman’s mom some names cause he had a day today. They may have several games on us, but beating the Brew Crew 18-1 was lovely. I hope the bubble doesn’t burst.

SDS hates Arenado. They have since DD became a thing really. They were giving him gold defense for the longest time but their pride and joy Machado would have diamond defense. Laughable.

I noticed even last year they bounced him back and forth between the 90s and 80s very often. Like just stop, he is a proven slugger. His 3 year avg. with his def. should always keep him at 90+

I honestly don't think it is a rolling three year average anymore. I think they use the 3 year average to come up with the starting overall when the season starts but then make adjustments based on the current year. That is the only explanation I can think of for some of the players bouncing up and down as much as they do.

It also explains why most players start at a lower overall at the beginning of the year compared to where they finished up at the end of the year. If it was a rolling three year average then the ending overall one year would be the starting overall the next.

Yeah I wouldn't be surprised, this last drop was warranted but a 4 point drop was a bit much

Did y’all really think the Cardinals were going to continue playing like a mediocre triple A team all season? Remember 2019? The year that the Nationals started out like 19-29 or something similar to that and wound up winning a World Series. Now I’m not saying they’re gonna win a World Series but my point is it’s a long season. And the Cardinals are a good team that was playing bad baseball. When they start playing good ball they’ll turn their season around. This is coming from a Braves fan who normally start slow and then get rolling after the AS break.

Of course not. But we can breathe a sigh of relief and be happy when things finally, seemingly start going right after suffering for 25% of the season. Also when one of our underperforming stars starts performing well.

This weekend's series should be fun to watch...two teams that are playing well.
My guess is Dodgers win the series 3-1.

Well, our pitching is still highly suspect.
