How are freeze offs still a thing?

Could you imagine if Madden or Call of Duty had these kind of massive issues year after year and never addressed them? Its pretty embarrassing. The fact that I have to sit here for god knows how long to make sure I dont get a loss in a game Im winning is absolutely wild.

When they finally get rid of online franchise it should free up tons of server space and not happen anymore. Online franchise is the problem. It is NOT the mediocre dev team.

Oh look, next game also a freeze off. Anytime my buddy and I play co-op games on our ps5s against people on last gen systems the game runs terribly and usually ends up with a freeze off. Fix this [censored].

How do you know they're on last gen systems?

I agree these freeze offs should not happen still . SDS should have figured out was causes it or at least have the game end in a friendly quit . Something would be better than nothing.
That being said using COD and Madden as a comparison is probably not ideal.

Co-op is so bad for these it’s laughable. It’s obvious. East cost pairs with west coast and it’s a freeze off. I played with someone on here from west coast and 2 of 3 froze. I’ll wait 3-5 minutes for an east coast partner when I play to not have different pitchers and not freeze in co-op. Maybe next year buddy. Keep your head up.
I have not froze any in RS in however many games.

No it takes 3, and only one of them is incompetent and cant figure out how to fix it.
