No gaining any sort of XP

I have been playing for about a week and have no gained any xp towards the season program. The only xp ive been able to gain is through other programs giving xp as a reward. Double xp week is useless to me now and i cant even get the benefit of the new loop at the end of the season program

When this happened with last years game you had to uninstall then reinstall the game.

Last year there was a glitch if you played homerun derby mode. Have to uninstall and reinstall like fubar said.
