Flash Sales/Companion App

MLB The Show tweets theres a flash sale today and to keep an eye on the companion app so that we can buy the packs. My companion app doesn’t allow me to buy packs. It says “error occurred” when I try to buy anything. Also notifications don’t work for the app and haven’t for quite some time now. I’m on iPhone 14 Pro Max and latest software update and latest app update.

Good. You shouldn't be tempted to waste your stubs on packs. What is the problem?
