Challenge Failed(All Consoles)

Im not the only one this has happened to but I can not play any inline matches at all. Any time I try to load into a match it tells me "Challenge Failed". I have contacted The Show Support and they have not been any help. They have told me difderent things like my console was flagged for marketplace manipulation and stuns transferring. Then I responded again, they asked for my online psn name cause I play on ps5. And they told me that my account wasn't suspended. And I dont think its an internet issue because all of my other games work online. This issue/bug is very frustrating and they are doing nothing about it. For all the people that are having this issue, SDS please fix this issue, if not we wasted money on a game that we can' t play and its your fault.

I don’t have a fix, but supposedly this problem has been consistent with people that have T-Mobile as there internet provider. Do you have T-Mobile by any chance? If so try to play on your hotspot to see if T-Mobile is the problem. My brother just got hit with this issue and he has T-Mobile that’s why I’m suggesting this.

Yeah I do, We got it before mlb23 xame out it worked for the first month then it just stopped
