He doesn’t…He just assumes that anyone that hits better than him is using timing, Which makes no sense.

As I said, I understand why you post it and I don't disagree.
But, in the case of the OP, he is a brand new user and not one of the serial complainers so the reply just comes off as just snarky and unhelpful.
Plus he kind of apologized in the 5th post in this thread and did not double down on the complaint.

As someone that currently uses timed (I haven't updated my settings as I'm still grinding more vs CPU), using timed hitting isn't a guarantee for victory... no matter what setting you choose it has it's advantages and it's draw backs.
I find that using timed hitting you are more at the mercy of the pitch and location than with PCI hitting because you can time the pitch and get a good or a perfect and it'll result in an out or in the case of a "good" timing you can still "swing and miss" or foul the pitch off.

As one who uses timing hitting, mostly offline on hall of fame all you have to do to get us out is throw the ball low.
The pci is set to the middle we can’t hit low pitches or pitches in the corner. Zone is much more forgiving as you see people using zone able to hit balls in the dirt for home runs.
Timing hitting you need to be much more aware of the strike zone

Why do I see people switching back and forth from timing to zone? I’ve been noticing this when playing co op with random players. Don’t care what people use just curious.

The difference is w timing..location and break on ball doesnt matter. Its 2 things they dont have to worry about. And with the randomness that is pitching. Itl just float one over middle enough and be considered meatball and timing only blasts it. Just my opinion..
