How do I lower my latency? Right now my Xbox Series X is running at 128ms latency. Almost impossible to play online with that.

Is your connection wired?
Are you using a static IP, Google DNS, and adjusting your MTU?
These are the usual lag/latency issues. -
Upgrade your internet service if that is an possibility. Fiber is becoming common now in lots of areas

These are the usual lag/latency issues.I am using Ethernet connection. Not sure about DNS and I don’t even know what static IP means lol.
