Yeah it wasn’t in there, not surprised though
Make sure it isn't invisible. This sounds weird. But mine was invisible. Just showed a white outline.

Yeah I didn’t even get that, I put in a ticket so I might get a response by 2025 or beyond lol

I still haven’t gotten mine. Signed up the beginning of this month, got the email saying that I got the pack, and nothing has ever shown up.

Same here, I got the email but no pack in my inventory. I received them all last year.

Same here. I got the email and no pack and received them all in 22.

I haven’t gotten an email for this month. But I did get all the packs from last year. Is this a glitch, bug or something else on Sds part?

I also received the email and didn’t get the pack. I received all the packs last year. Also, my notifications on the app don’t show as the buys and sells go through. I have sent multiple tickets in but no response. Any help would as always be appreciated. Any ideas?

I got an email about it a few days ago but haven't received it yet. I got them all in 21 and 22 so i don't know what the problem is.

Have not yet received the first pack in 23, but historically have. Did receive the email on 4/27 that the first pack had arrived but... not that I am seeing.

I'm not getting my packs for 23, either. But I am getting curious about the fact that I got them in 21 and 22, but the only difference I can think of is that I played those on PS4, and I'm playing 23 on PS5. Anyone else who's not getting them also in the upgraded gen category?

I am still waiting on my ticket to be addressed. I just unsubscribed and subscribed earlier today. Let’s see if I get it in May.
