When I went back into the main program it showed that I had just gotten the 25Kxp reward as I was 1000+ xp into the next cycle. Is this a known issue?

Not even worth the time to submit a ticket. I got screwed out of 2 rewards but I won't even bother wasting my time trying to get it. Hopefully this awful idea is gone after this year.

I submitted a ticket back in April about a missing pack. Just got a reply back saying that are aware and are investigating the issue; but nothing about replacing my pack.
