Really Hope This Update Fixes Pitching.

It's unbearable at the moment. And I'm not even using Pinpoint.
I know...I'm not a "comp" player. Whatever. I'm still using Meter pitching.
But...it's still terrible. I'm getting perfect releases that are going 10 feet from where they are supposed to...and then after the pitch the info on the bottom left says the pitch release was "Very Early". Nope. It was right on the bar.
If I miss the release by a fraction of a second, the pitch goes way out of the zone or 8 feet from where it was aimed. But...if I miss the release by alot, the pitch barely misses where it was aimed. Huh?!?!
Hopefully, Update #3 fixes these issues. At this point, I'm just tired of it.
If input matters so much with hitting, why make it seem totally random for pitching?
I get it. Not every pitch goes exactly where it is supposed to IRL. But these are major leaguers...and they are actually insanely good, better than most of us can even fathom.
But why am I being severely punished on pitch location on a slight miss...and only slightly punished on a severe miss?
That doesn't seem logical.

Was update #2 even out when you played?... your post is from 3 hours ago which would've been before the update went "live" in-game.

No it was not. That's why I was saying that I was HOPING it would fix it.

No worries. Had a chance to play this morning after the update and it seemed better.
I didn’t notice any perfect releases or close releases missing by a ton. I don’t expect them to be perfect…but if I miss the release by a little, the pitch should be slightly off…which can still be a major mistake…and that’s cool.
When I miss by a lot…that’s when I should see the control issues.
It was bad before the update because I’d be nibbling or throwing purpose pitches and even with an almost perfect release they would be so far out of the zone that it was an easy take for the batter.
