Will we ever see a World Baseball Classic Captain?

There's a ton of WBC cards, but somehow no Captain for them? (Unless of course I'm insane and there's one I just haven't seen) I think it's strange that we don't get one at all, especially with how many 90 OVR and lower cards that could benefit from the stat boosts and become playable. And let's not act like it would be overpowered, we already have Buck "Turns everyone except Jackie Robinson and Satchel Paige into instant 99s" O'Neil, and you can clearly tweak the conditions met to make it so it doesn't make a guy like Murakami or Sasaki even stronger(Such as tying it to the Captain's PXP level, or even limiting the bonus to players under a certain overall. Since it wouldn't be broken, and being broken wouldn't even be a problem I'll ask again. Why not have a WBC captain?

I'm pretty sure there is one. I remember seeing one last night and he was the team collection reward. Just can't remember the team, sorry.

I think they need to add more captains in in general, I love the idea, but we need more or make the live series’s collection reward ones not just live series
