There is ONE rule in regards to announcing a baseball game. You do NOT talk about a No-no or a Perfect until it is either complete or broken up. WHY CAN'T YOU GET THIS RIGHT????

It's not a rule.

It is a behavioral constraint imposed by society that is not written in the MLB rule book.
Unless you can find that rule in this MLB rule book. Even though this is the 2021 edition, I am pretty sure that MLB hasn't published that rule in 2022 or 2023.

Personally I'd find everybody not talking to me more distracting between innings worse than talking.
