Jays theme team???

So if I’m understanding these seasons correctly, I won’t be able to use 97 Springer and 97 bichette once this season is over. Coming from madden so theme teams are pretty important part of the game.

No, you will still be able to use them until season 3 comes out. Then season 1 players will not be in use unless you use them for your Wild Card.

They will have other cards too. Probably better versions of a lot of cards we already got.

We don't know yet what will be available during sets 4 5 &6. I ve seen a lot of thoughts that it just won't be current and previous set to use but they will mix it up,and of course at the end it will eventually open to all.

I remains to be seen how useful they will be with it being the first year. Hopefully they keep updating captains as the game goes on too because some are pretty fun. I still use Jeter and Ryan and will for while.
But by the time you can’t use Springer and Bichette there will probably be 15-20 other Jays at the very least of equal caliber.
