Face scan timeframe?

Ive taken my picture and it’s processing, last time I did this when I was able to it never said it was done, so I tried to redo the picture and it says it was successful and it’s queued for processing. How long does it actually take or is there an issue.

The game isn't dead if you can still find a match up online fast
