Mini Season Glitch?

I jump into mini seasons, you select difficulty and I get a message that says "Challenge, your opponent has a invalid roster" has anyone ran into this problem? I'm on game 17 and do not want to restart the entire mini season again?
I can’t even get into my team affinity mini season which I’m in the playoffs, my game crashes every time I click it!

same issue trying to play vs Kaiju, in mini classic.

This issue is happening to me against the Singers on game 25. The show 22 had a similar issue last year that didn't allow people to continue and yet again this mode is a waste of time. I have restarted the game and console 3 times now and still getting the same error.
