I mean, I disconnect from every game solo or co-op no matter what
I am hardwired and some guy on Reddit convinced me it was my fault and I purchased a 750 dollar nighthawk router (which I will return)
Is anyone else having an issue where they literally disconnect from every ranked game ??

I’ve froze my first two ranked co op games after this update… wtf

$750 Netgear router? That seems like a bit overkill.

LOL $750? You can get a good nighthawk on ebay for $150. If you play other online games, COD for example, and if you're not getting disconnected during gaming, it's not your router. I would also think about replacing your ethernet cable if you haven't in a long time. And one more thing, if you are signed up for low internet speed with a lot of devices connected to the router, it could be boggling it down and maybe causing the disconnects? Just some options to throw out there.

mate am i missing something? my normal router hardwired into PS5 plays beauty for me - how can ppl think the router makes the difference here?

This happened to me when I lived in a different house years ago. No other game, system, or device had issues just MLB lol. I just stopped playing for a couple years after a enough comebacks got wasted to disconnects. Change ISPs if possible or just play offline where it’s not as annoying.

If you have a lot of devices connected to an okay router & the lowest internet speed, your download/upload speeds will be watered down. Which in theory, can cause online games to freeze or glitch. I've never had an issue, but I'm just thinking about what could happen.
