Server Issue

I’ve played 3 ranked games so far the first 1 the player quit and the second 2 I threw a perfect pitch but it was wild and then my screen froze and I lost connection. My brother and I were both playing at the same time and it happened to us at the exact same time and we are in the same house. I’ve also tried playing against friends and it does the same thing I haven’t been able to complete a game. I have the ps5 version downloaded so I’m gonna try to download the ps4 version to see if it is that but I don’t think it is because streamers play the ps5 version. Any tips or explanations is much appreciated. Thank you.
